Our Sister Local 892 – the Costume Designers Guild – and their Pay Equity Committee has generously invited us to participate in a webinar to hear Lucia Aloi  speak on pay equity issues, and provide female Members with the confidence to negotiate their own deals, and take ownership of their professional careers.  Sister Lucia Aloi recently spoke at the District 2 Women’s Committee, and we feel that this information could be a great benefit to the Members of our (predominantly female-identifying) Guild as well.
