An Award will be given to one Local 706 make-up artist and one hair stylist, for contributions and accomplishments for their distinguished body of work. An appointed Guild Awards Lifetime Achievement & Distinguished Artisan Awards Committee, approved by the Local 706 Executive Board, will make recommendations of nominees. The Local 706 active & active retiree membership will vote online for the most qualified Lifetime Achievement winner(s).
October 18, 2017 voting begins for Lifetime Achievement Awards online at members.local706.org. You must be an Active or Active Retiree Local 706 member to vote.

Vote on the following Lifetime Achievement Award Nominees:
Make-up Artists: Christina Smith, Greg Cannom, Maurice Stein, Michele Burke, Mike Germain
Hair Stylists: Judy Crown, Susan Germaine, Martin Samuel, Mary Guerrero, Robert L Stevenson

Lifetime Achievement Award winners will be announced Thursday, November 16, 2017. Recipients will be recognized Saturday, February 24, 2018 at the 2018 MUAHS Guild Awards Show, The Novo, L.A. Live, Los Angeles.
