WHO:                  
Melissa McCarthy (Can You Ever Forgive Me?), Academy Award®-nominated and two-time Primetime Emmy®-winning actress, will receive the prestigious MUAHS Distinguished Artisan Award, celebrating her prolific acting career and the plethora of characters she embraces. McCarthy is the first female artist to receive this award. Lifetime Achievement Awards will be presented to Sue Cabral-Ebert, outgoing Local 706 President and award-winning makeup artist, and Robert Louis Stevenson, legendary Emmy-winning hair stylist.
 

TV personality, actor and singer Frankie J. Grande will return as star host of the "Live From the Red Carpet," presented by HASK® Beauty, livestreaming on Amazon.com/liveand on local706.org/live-red-carpet on Saturday, February 16^th beginning at 5:15 pm PT/ 8:15 pm ET.

Hosted by Loni Love, the awards gala’s presenters include Vivica A. The 6^th Annual Make-Up Artists & Hair Stylists Guild Awards (MUAHS, IATSE Local 706), honoring outstanding achievements for makeup and hair styles in theatrical motion pictures, television, commercials and live theater to be held on Saturday, February 16^th at the Novo Theatre By Microsoft at L.A. Live.
