Click on the link provided at the bottom of each course information. It will direct you to send an email to 5StarTraining@eido-ed.com, with the Subject Line filled out. Copy and fill out ALLof the following in the body of the email:

6. Are you Contract Services (CSATF) eligible? Do you meet the CSATTF 30-day requirement? "I don't know" is acceptable.

IMPORTANT! This does not complete your registration. You will receive a follow-up within three business days from Eido, which includes the CSATTF application that must be submitted back to us (one application for each course). Your course request(s) will remain PENDING until your application(s) is approved. Upon receiving CSATTF's approval email, you will then receive an Eido email confirmation. Space is limited. 

Training courses, funded by CSATTF and held through the Local-Provided training programs, are available to those who meet CSATTF eligibility requirements (not limited to Employment Verification on file with CSATF, Form I-9 current and/or Safety Pass training current).
